Illinois Delivers is a not-for-profit corporation organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Illinois Delivers was established as a social welfare organization to promote and advocate for Illinois’ leadership in championing public policy that benefits the hardworking people of the state. Illinois Delivers will highlight the state’s achievements in policy areas that are critical to our shared future, including, but not limited to, raising wages and creating good-paying jobs, protecting women’s rights, creating a clean energy future, improving our education system, instituting common-sense gun-safety measures, and fighting for equal justice and opportunity for all.

Illinois Delivers will achieve its mission through events and hospitality that will bring together key Illinois leaders, policymakers, elected officials, and advocacy officials to discuss these shared issues of importance. Illinois Delivers will not engage in partisan political activity or any activity whatsoever in connection with a federal election.

Illinois Delivers will accept financial support and sponsorships from domestic individuals and organizations. All contributors to Illinois Delivers must be over the age of eighteen. Illinois Delivers will comply with all State of Illinois and IRS filing regulations, including registration with the State of Illinois as a not-for-profit corporation and annual IRS Form 990 tax returns as customary for a 501(c)(4).
